What you buy is permission to use the software for a period, not ownership of it. When the term ends, so does the permission.
If a computer is replaced or fails, the old one's registration can be released — write to us and we will do it. You do not have to buy another licence.
Where any of this is established the licence is cancelled, and in that case no money is returned.
The printed government book is the authority. If a rate looks doubtful, check it against the book.
The rates are taken from the published Schedules of Rates of PWD, LGED, RHD and BWDB, and have been checked with as much care as we can bring to them. Errors of transcription or conversion can still survive that. Checking a rate before it goes into an estimate, a tender or a contract is the user's responsibility.
We are not liable for financial loss, an error in a tender, or loss of work arising from use of this software. Our liability is limited to the licence fee you have paid.
BD Estimator is independent software. It is not affiliated with any government body.
Money is not returned once paid. That is precisely why the whole program runs free for fourteen days before any payment — no key, no card, no registration. Build a real estimate of your own with it before you buy.
There is one exception: a mistake at our end — money taken but the licence never activated, or the same payment charged twice. Write to support@bdestimator.com and it will be refunded.
Should we ever have to stop the service, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email and refund the unused part of the current term, pro rata.
Changes are published on this page with the date, and customers are told by email. The terms that were in force at the start of your term continue to apply for that term.
Your estimates never reach our server. None of it — not the project name, not the quantities, not the rates, not the total. All of it stays on your own computer.

That is all of it. What comes back is whether the licence is valid and how long it has left.
These are used to create the licence, match the payment, remind you about renewal, and provide support.
Nothing is sent unless you press it. What goes: the message you wrote, the software version, the Windows version, and which book was open. Nothing from your estimate is sent. You are shown exactly what will go before it goes.
Licence information is held in a secure cloud database whose servers are outside Bangladesh. Payment records are kept as accounting requires. Personal information is deleted two years after a licence ends.
Write to support@bdestimator.com. It will be done within 30 days. Note that deleting the data cancels the current licence with it.
